At ME Events, we want every booking to feel as confident as the evening itself. We keep our policies straightforward and fair — no hidden terms, no surprises. This page outlines exactly what you can expect if your plans change, and what we commit to on our end.
Every ticket sold through ME Events is covered by this policy. We process all payments through Stripe — one of the world's most trusted payment platforms — so your financial details are always handled securely.
Full refunds are available up to 24 hours before the event start time. Requests made within 24 hours of the event, or on the day of the event, are non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, contact us by email with the following information:
- Full name used at checkout
- Email address used for the booking
- Order confirmation number or payment reference
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
Refund requests are processed in the order received. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been approved and submitted.
3. Ticket Transfers
Can't make it? No problem — you're welcome to give your spot to a friend, even if it's within 24 hours of the event. Just let us know beforehand so we can update the guest list. Simply message us on Instagram @meeventsgroup or send us a WhatsApp with the name of whoever is taking your place.
Tickets may not be resold or listed on third-party platforms without prior written consent from ME Events.
4. Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event that ME Events cancels or postpones an event, ticket holders will be offered:
- A full refund to the original payment method, or
- A credit transfer to a rescheduled date, if applicable
ME Events reserves the right to modify event details including venue, time, or programme. Such changes do not constitute a cancellation and do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
5. Force Majeure
ME Events shall not be held liable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of government, extreme weather, public health emergencies, natural disasters, or venue closures ordered by authorities.
In such cases, ME Events will endeavour to offer rescheduling options or partial credits where commercially possible, but cannot guarantee full refunds.
6. EU Consumer Rights
Customers based within the European Union are subject to applicable consumer protection regulations. In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to event tickets, as these relate to specific date-bound leisure services (Article 16(l)).
This policy constitutes the full and binding refund terms between the customer and ME Events for all ticket purchases.
7. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider. ME Events does not retain or store any card details.
